Our Drop Off service is designed to feed your crowd of 50 or more people at a great price. Just pick out your own custom menu and we can provide as many supplies as you need for a perfect BBQ. We’ll deliver approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled serving time. Our team can even set up your buffet line with disposable chafing pans, serving utensils, sternos, and paper products. All of the containers are disposable for easy clean-up.

Lite Service Catering includes us bringing our amazing BBQ to your function. A BBG staff member will remain on-site to guide your guests through the buffet line and answer any barbecue questions they may have. They’ll also maintain proper food temperatures, change out pans, and clean up the BBQ serving area. This package also includes all buns, condiments, BBQ sauce, disposable table cloths, plates, utensils, napkins, and serving utensils…. everything you need for a perfect BBQ. We’ll arrive and set up approximately 1 hour prior to your scheduled eating time. All you have to do is figure out what awesome barbecue items you’d like on the menu.

At BBG Barbecue and Catering, our on site catering service is one that you will not soon forget. We bring our Giant, Custom Made, Dual Sided, Barbecue Smoker loaded with fresh Hardwood right to your event and prepare your BBQ feast right there on the spot. You pick the menu and we will take care of the rest. This is a really great option when having a Pig Roast, and if you're game we will even let you help carve the pig!! This service will ensure that your event is one they will always remember.
We will arrive 2 hours prior to your serve time to cook and set up your buffet line.
