Whole pig
You pick the size, from 50 to 200-lb (and up). We slow cook it for 10 hours with fruit wood for maximum flavor. Before and during the cooking process, we massage and flavor the animal for the best damn pig you ever tasted.

This slow-roasted pork is so tender that it falls apart on your plate. Add our special barbecue sauce and you got one really-tasty treat.

We slowly pull a full-grown steer around your party (fun for the kiddies).
Ribs
Our apple smoked ribs are cooked to perfection. You choose from baby back (small but tender), spare ribs (large, full ribs), or country boneless. They’re served with your choice of sauces.
Kielbasa
This is the Polish answer to the wheel, but may have had a greater impact on civilization! It’s cooked on an open pit, and great for any occasion.
Sausage
You choose – hot, mild, or sweet.
Half Grilled Chicken
These semi-birds are grilled on an open pit. Just add sauce and you have a winner.
Chicken/Beef Kabob
We use big ol’ hunks of chicken (or beef) on a stick, sandwiched between onions, cherry tomatoes, and green peppers and soaked in our special marinade.
Turkey Drumstick
We smoke these big drumsticks and add our special barbeque sauce. It’s great for any party (unless you’re chicken).
Corn on the Grill
Our corn on the cob is grilled in the husks to keep in all the flavor (it’s so sweet you’ll think it’s candy).
Tim’s Baked Beans
These sure aren’t your plain old baked beans! We slow cook the little gems and add vinegar, brown sugar, catsup, and more brown sugar for a batch of baked beans you won’t forget.
Green Beans
Our moms made us eat these, but it’s optional for you. We make them taste as good as they’ll ever get. Topped with smoked almonds.

Our baked potatoes are cooked to perfection and served with your choice of toppings.

A sweet and sour cole slaw with slices of granny smith apples given its sour taste which , a BBG twist on a very common side.
Grilled Peaches
Peach halves baked in the smoker- with brown sugar, butter, and sprinkled with cinnamon. very popular in the south. Great with ice cream!
